Woke up in a sleeping house...

...with two bedroom doors shut.

Two little cats were sitting right outside, watching, and telling me exactly HOW dissatisfied they were with the whole situation. Especially since I had been evil enough to also close the door to my scraproom/office (for some reason I don't appreciate waking up to pawprints on the photos I've laid out...)
;)

This will only be a short update, because DH's alarm just went off and we're gonna fix breakfast and then wake the inlaws up.
Photo freindly day ahead.
Here's a Nook-LO (made from the November kit, some add-ons and remains of the extras from a former OA-kit) to look at while you ponder what I could have written if this hadn't been such a SHORT post. Hope you think of something good! *giggles*

Have a nice weekend!

Ps. You're aware that it's almost time for one of our popular Virtual Crops at the Nook again? It's not something you'll want to miss. Promise!

Did I mention, lately...

...that I'm crazy in love with my DH?

He even claims he has to start scrapping - because he says it's rather unfair that he's the only one that gets expressions of love in scrapped form, in this family.
He's so silly! That's not true...
I scrap about the cats too!
;)

Yeah, to be honest - I even scrap about loving me. Not necessarily DOING it - but trying to? That's gotta count, right?

Anyhow - here's a new LO, made for A Daily Inspiration/ScrapbookMate.
Hope you like it!

So close, no matter how far...

...couldn't be much more from the heart.

Forever trusting who we are
and nothing else matters.

Never opened myself this way
Life is ours, we live it our way
All these words I don't just say
and nothing else matters

Trust I seek and I find in you
Every day for us something new
Open mind for a different view
and nothing else matters

Wonderfully weird, sweet, loveable, amazing M: I love you.

LO made with the November-kit from Nook plus add-ons (a flower and its packaging), pens, fluid chalks, a piece of an MM-bling-packaging (simply fabulous), pins (two from a former kit, one from my stash) and staplers.

Thanks for looking! :)

Even more...

...PencilLines-LOs!

Did I mention that I love that page? I did?
Well - let me just say it again, to make sure there's no confusion regarding my feelings towards that site...:
I love PencilLines!
*nods and smiles*

Here's my second (and last - I told you I'm slow) LO for the weekend's crop. This time, the sketch was made by the extremely talented Åsa Bergstrand, and it was actually interpreted by two of the weekend's designers, Carina AND Christiane! See - I wasn't the only one who looooved it!
*grins*

Next up? I'm gonna be making an LO from this sketch & I will most certainly be making one from this sketch too. And yes - I'm aware that the weekend's past. I still wanna scrap it though!
Join me?!
:D

This weekend, there was crop over at PencilLines...

...and I PencilLines.

Sooo - I just had to join in on the fun!
Didn't get a lot done - I'm a slooooooooooooooow scrapper, but that's ok because I had fun, and that's what important!
The first LO I made, was based on Gudrun Loennecken's lovely sketch.
It was quite a challenge for me - which, in itself, was a lot of fun. :)

I'm pretty happy with the result... but not with the photo of the LO. Bah for grey cludy skies.
*writes "studio lights" on the wishlist*

You are my sunshine...

...you make me happy when skies are grey.

Tonight, we've had temperatures around 18ºF. There's a thin layer of skimmering ice frosting adorning the meadows outside, and above them, a swirling fog is slowly rising.
It's amazingly beautiful!

...but cold. And a bit dark...
Fortunately, I have my own private sunshine, in the form of my beloved husband.
Here's yet another LO on the theme "25000 reasons to love you":

Have a nice Sunday!

Is bigamy okay...

...if you're only marrying slightly, and the other party is "stuff"?

Because if it IIIS, I wanna marry these:

Wonderful, aren't they?
They make me all HAPPY inside - such radiant colours, fun details and beauuuutiful flowers!
Colour me IN LOVE!

Wheee...

...it's us!

The entire DT over at the Nook was featured on the Graphic45-blog today!
It's really an amazing team to be part of. Such talented ladies, such a fun and active board (and very welcoming to everyone - newbies and veterans alike) AND the kits are just aaaamazing. Leah really does a great job picking out everything to be a perfect match. It's a piece of cake to work with!
Especially on months like these, when the papers are riiiight up my alley.

THANKS G45, for making such fab papers, and for spotlighting us! Such an honour!
